Sewickley Area Libraries (SAL) is a community network of all the area's school and public libraries and the neighborhood book store.

Our mission is to provide children, teachers and residents at large equal access to a wealth of information and ideas - and to promote the value of reading.

Our most important activity is to facilitate the resource sharing among all members.

We also sponsor author visits and other activities to promote interest in literature.
